For me, I would always choose the National Swine Registry (NSR) any day over all those other options!
So many pig breeders use these other places because it is less expensive, but there are so many scammers out there that you’re better off going through a reputable breeder.
It’s important to see if the Hampshire pig breeder that you are choosing is registered with the NSR. This ensures you are getting the real deal of Hampshire pigs, a pig with a pedigree, and it also ensures that Hampshire is a purebred breed of pigs.

Hampshire Pig Price
Now, the pig price varies according to the breeder, age, and quality of the pigs. You might expect to pay anything from $300 to $600 for a Hampshire pig.
But for good breeding stock, expect to pay over $1000.
I want to tell you that if you are just looking for Hampshire pigs to have meat from them for you and your family, then you can buy cheaper ones. But if you want to make money by breeding them, I suggest buying high-quality pigs.
